Shocking Service

<p>MTN's service is non-existent! We have complaints in every aspect of their business/service. This has been going on for 3 months now. We have so many contracts with them but clearly our business means nothing!!! I then contact head office hoping to get some assistance for a contact number of someone higher that can help me and I'm told that they are not allowed to give out contact details, someone will contact me back, and of course I'm still waiting!!!!!! How is it possible than one company can get away with such disgusting service?!!!</p>
