SHOCKING POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I jave trying to cancel the services with MTN that is causing a huge amount of frustration, after their agent confirmed no funds will be debited from my bank account, it happend!!! Trying to call and speak to agent after the shop told me I have to ccaall, call and can not deal with it at a mtn shop, the rings with the prompts which means nothing, as when you are transferred the call is dropped. The service is shockingly poor, that a person have to struggle and also have sent emails
