Shocking MTN upgrade deliveries

I am waiting for my upgrades which was supposed to be delivered by MTN's so called trusty courier service DSV. Well twice in one week MTN your so called reliable courier has not delivered my phones it is frustrating I am wondering if the packages still exist. I suggest MTN sort out the delivery service. I am not paying for something I do not have. MTN please go read the reviews just in the past week on DSV relating to MTN packages
