Shocking! MTN customer service non existent

Does anyone actually work at the customer care phone line? I went direct to the store to try and resolve my account query - we have waited over an hour! Trying to get through to the legal apartment .. this is shocking service and absolutely unacceptable for a major company like MTN. It’s Monday, people don’t have an hour to waste a day trying to connect to customer care to resolve an issue with their account. Please get your act together
