Shocking MTN customer care

Reported a ********** number/contract *** which was added to my account to MTN in mid January .Supp**** MTN with the documents required i.e. affidavit and id so that the number can be removed from my account, I have phoned customer service on numerous occasions only to be told it is been escalated-- in the interim I am incurring costs as a result of the contract--no-one can give me feedback 2 Months after the matter was reported-- MTNs customer care is atrocious
