Shocking MTN business
MTN uses a third party company - Rewards Co in Durban (031 - *** - and this company keeps hacking into my account and changes my package. I went to MTN to complain and the shop says they cannot help - I have to contact their Customer services - they are so nonchalant about this issue. I am cancelling my MTN account with this company. They don't even deserve a one star rating.

02 Apr 2026, 09:34This is the second time this company has migrated my package - without my consent. I had such a fight with this Rewards Co. They need to be investigated as well as MTN. This not fair - MTN don't take any responsibility for this companys' actions - even though they are "employed" by MTN
