shocking lack of service
it has been more than a week and after 3 visits to the branches and countless calls i have not been helped. Puzzles me how company like this is still in business.

29 Jan 2025, 16:13services have been reinstated today. MTN claims that all calls are recorded. I have requested refund for the 12 days that my phone could not be used for internet, calls and sms s. Lady from Tyger Valley rejected my request because" I have been already credited with full data and minutes.: I am not sure it is deliberate attempt to ignore my point or lack of understanding that despite the minutes and data I could not use my phone.
