Shocking how a store manager lies

I am a first time customer and the experience at MTN Cresta LGround store was nothing short of pathetic, disgraceful and *********** . First of all they did not tell me upfront that they did not have stock of a particular tablet which I wanted. Despiting knowing all this they did my biometric and made me wait out the process and tell me that their vetting department is closed when it was still open , so here I am thinking okay I am applying for this particular tablet and all this while they failed to inform me that they never had stock. And to further infuriate me the pathetic excuse of a store manager named Ricardo doing a terrible job at lying and as a store manager says he will call me today to check stock with mtn, and let me know. I called a few stores to find out who had stock and what was the process of an application being done on a Sunday and they said that the vetting dept is open on a Sunday as I could see through his feeble lies and to top it off he is off today and he **** to my face which is disgusting. He infringed the rules of treating customers fairly and it makes me think twice about dealing with such gross incompetence from a senior representative of MTN. Shockingly pathetic. And I here I was thinking of joining this network
