I cancelled my contract with Vodacom after many years because I thought they had become too expensive and decided to take out a contract with MTN, who I thought had better value for money deals.

What a bad idea that's turned out to be, I app**** via MTN direct on 2 March from Kgabo Molokomme, it's more than 2 weeks later and a lot of phone calls and queries and still no phone! Everything that was promised from not needing to submit documentation to delivery times etc. was an outright lie, and big mistake if you show any frustration with the process, you'll get told to 'just relax!!!' and a couple more lies.

Eventually yesterday asked to speak to a manager, Sunile Behari, I'm still waiting for a call back, is that the CEO that's too important to make a call back?

Still no phone, and when I asked about the number porting today, which I was very clear in requesting on application, and was told nonchalantly that nothing had been done, it was the final straw!

Bottom line...this has been one of the worst first impressions of a company I've ever had. Vodacom might be more expensive, but I guess there is a reason, the service is far superior!
