SHOCKING FEEDBACK ON TURN AROUND TIME

I am not sure what else to do here. I purchased a phone less than 6months ago. The phone is an IPhone 6 - According to the Apple warranty - I should be receiving a new phone. The speaker on the phone is currently faulty and when I follow up I am told that I will be receiving a re-furbished phone and that they cannot even give me an answer as to when this will be - are you guys kidding me!!!!!
