Shocking Engagement with their contract customers

I have just had the worst encounter with MTN.

I have had a contract with them for a very long time that I had taken over from my dad.

Firstly, they still confuse who the contract belongs to and often mix our contact details despite me having taken over the contract.

Secondly, they stopped debitting from my account and today I get a call from a dect collector saying that I owe MTN an amount that they themselves did not have the full details of. These debt collectors couldnt even tell me who to contact at MTN in order to resolve this?

MTN has not even attempted to mkae contact with me but has gone to a credit collector without so much as a call or email to inform me of what is happening? Instead they have been calling me with new contract offers since I have been a "loyal and valued" customer...

MTN can kiss my patronage goodbye!

Regards,

A shocked and angry customer
