Shocking debit order
<p>I took out a contract for a 2 Gig sim for R99 pm. The very first month the debit order go's off, an ammount for R884.69 was deducted.</p>

On invoice date 13-6-2016 you had pro-rata charges which means that you were first charged subscriptions fees for the days you were activated which is 20-5-2016 until the close of that invoice date 13-6-2016 you were then charged a month in advanced for the billing period. Pro- rata a billing is typical for your first month on contract and your bailing will resume to normal thereafter.
Note with new activation you will receive pro-rata data, from the next month you will receive the full data allocation. The itemized billing reflect that the prorate data allocation has been used up on the 25-5-2016.
From the time the sim card has been activated on the network the system picked up that the usage limit has been set to -R1 on the 14-6-2016 on MTN side the system reflected that the usage limit has been changed from the - R1.00 usage limit to R678.07 @10:09 on the 20-6-2016.
The system will then allow you to use the free data received with the package + the extra usage limitof R678.07 for calls or data usage as per the usage limit set up the invoice for June has been billed for extra data usage as per the usage limit change. The system reflect that the usage limit has been changed back to R0.00 on the 20-6-2016.
