Shocking customer service - unfriendly and unwilling to help

Store 0136 Morningside Johannesburg - My partner went to this store for assistance with a query the call center could not resolve for months. I was absolutely shocked at how unfriendly and unwilling the staff are at helping customers. They don't even great or look you in the eye, absolutely shocked at the bad service. Several reference numbers and months going by, still no resolution. Absolutely shocking.
