Shocking customer service from MTN

My number got blocked with no reason from MTN. Its been months now and simply no feedback. The branch cant assist me anymore and refer me to the call center. Also as expected no answer or assistance from them. I cant receive any calls or use my number. Its being blocked which also means that my number can be taken over by somebody else. No assistance to even try and get my number to be reactivated! Disappointed is an under statement.
