Shocking customer service from apathetic staff

Good - no major network issues Extremely Poor - dismal customer service on calls and in store. The level of apathy across the board is shocking. MTN, you have very unhappy employees who clearly dislike working for you and truly do not care how the public perceives the brand and the company.
