SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MANAGERIAL SUPPORT

After experiencing problems trying to use E-Wallet, Bongani Vuma, the customer care agent tells me, that MTN is experiencing networking issues. So I asked why did MTN not send out communication to their clients, which he said they were still busy working on it. Which doesn't say why when the issue was picked up, till now communication hasn't been wasn't done. You have sms, and also the media in which to use to advise clients !!!!!! We requested to speak to a Manager, who we got told that they don't work on week-ends. Nor was his supervisor available !!!!! I want a refund of the money I have spent on trying to get the pin for "E-Wallet" MTN had the issue, and if they can't notify us as clients, they need to take accountabilty on their actions. MTN HAS LOST ALL SENSE OF LOYALTY, AND ACCOUNTABILITY TO THEIR CLIENTS How a supervisor - who isn't much more than a call centre agent isn't available, is beyond me. What type of technical background do they have, to be part of the solution, they should be at the front desk, shielding and helping clients

Alice, The bank said it was a network problem, which is why we contacted MTN, if your customer service centre can't give out the correct information, I don't understand what they are doing there. In all the dealings with MTN's customer call centre, it seems as if the majority of your Customer Clients Staff are ***********, and require re-training. They dont have a clue on how to serve clients. Once again, we get pushed from pillar to post, and MTN doesn't take any accountabilty for sorting out issues.
