Shocking customer service
I have been asking for over 2 months how far my documentation was for the transfer of my cell phone contract, just to be told after about 1 000 different excuses that the document was too light and could not be read by the head office (despite the fact that the branch had the original and readable copy) and that the document was older than 30 days and destroyed. Not once did they return my calls when I left a message, I had to repeatedly call to ask what was going on - their preferred communication method is to keep quite and hope you forget. The attitude towards customer service was shocking and they could not care to give you the correct information.
