Shocking customer service,
I went to MTN shop in Carlton center Johannesburg CBD to open a data contract , While I was in the process I was informed that my contract which was closed 2016 Account Number: A ********** had been handed over Legal department , I had the same query with MTN in 2016 and they promised they closed the account and apologized, please advise why is a closed account still with your legal department.
