Shocking customer service
<p>MTN Store Sandton City - shocking customer service with a destressed customer. Your emloyee Shepherd Sheppy Bojanyana refused to assist my daughter who was in distress after her phone had been ******. He walked away after telling her that he would not deal with her problem. He treated her with resentment and degradation. Reverse racisim at its best !!!!!The entire store did not assist until I intervened as her parent to ask the store manager for assistance - 1,5 hours later the sim swap was completed. MTN I have had my contract with you for over 25 years with 5 other contracts - these will be ported to another service provider.</p>
