Shocking customer retention MTN

Having been a paying contract customer for over 20 years I am very disappointed by the recent service or lack thereof. I want to upgrade to a new phone, I see all of MTN's competitors are bundling fitness watches with the new high end phones. MTN however steadfastly refuses to offer a similar package. Please can I add the watch to the contract? No, we'd suggest you go to our competitors instead.
