shocking....call centre closed till further notice
got an sms saying my account has reached a credit limit of R815.00.....which has never been discussed with me and since my account ranges around R2400 per month, im amazed at this limit. tried to call the call centre and got told by a recording that the call centre is closed until further notice.....are you joking.....shocking non existant service, i will be porting my number to vodacom ASAP.
