Shocking call centre
After holding for 30 min for an operator, verifying 19 out 20 questions for them, they won't block a ****** phone because one cannot remember one answer. Won't call u back either so I must call again and waste another 30min airtime and my time. I will cancel and never do business with them again. Tired of trying to do the right thing and then dealing with useless call centers
