Shocking behaviour from MTN staff.

I have noticed that if you fall behind on your payments to MTN, and you phone in to make an arrangement, you are put through to the legal dept which is managed by HP Attorneys. They are rude and tell you straight up to pay up or shut up. They were not interested in any excused. I suppose they also charge a fee. Waiting for my next bill. This is shocking service given our current economic climate. We should seek other providers who understand that we are customers who should be treated with dignity.
