Shocking behavior by mtn

I have been a customer of mtn ever since cell phones came in . Unfortunately this will come to an end as soon as my contract ends in August . In the last three months I have paid R2568.33 cents bearing in mind that I use Wi Fi for 99pecent of my calls . My contract amount is R440 . Mtn just keeps cutting me off and demanding more money . Nobody knows what is going on in that company . In addition I was given to believe that " because I am such a loyal and long standing customer " they want to give me a a Free gadget , which I don't know what it is and I have never used , but this apparently is another contract which cost R 245 per month. This "contract" lasts till 2022 , I believe I was coerced and made to say yes to this free offer . Shocking behavior . Mtn you are sinking very low in a lot of people's estimation .
