SHOCKING AND **** SERVICE

About two months ago my mother get an account for over R 30,000.00 she finds out that she was hacked and ever since hasn't been allowed to use her phone to make or receive calls. She even had to send MTN a affidavit that was sent to *** no reply . This has been the worst service ever she has had this number for many years and to be treaded like this. So what we are going to do is stop her debt order and cancel the number how can you be charged for something that you cant use.
