Shocking and pathetic customer service.

Mtn , you really do need to get your act together. For 3 months, I have called, repeatedly, sent emails, been to your branch and here I sit, still with an incorrect identity number on my account, no feedback , no call back despite reassurances to the contrary and still attitude from call centre!!! Clearly an account with 4 numbers dating 25 years back means nothing to you! And clearly you don’t realise that others are providing better service😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 how can you not be able to correct your mistakes. Pathetic
