Shocking after sales service MTN Nicolway-dont buy any phones from that store

Hi there. On the 12th June 2021. I bought 2 Samsung A32 5G phones from MTN Nicolway. The sales being Chilliboy. Very happy person when the sale happened. Three weeks later, one of eth phones no longer wants to charge and I returned to eth store 17th July to report this. the same person gives me an answer that it will take three weeks for an answer. I did reply saying, the phone is not four weeks old. Today, I phoned Chilliboy to ask if he had followed up on my phone or if he had heard anything. He told me to wait the required four weeks. I answered, three weeks has now gone to four weeks. His answer was " yes" I asked him if he could phone the repair center to see if they had any news. Answer was " no" I had to wait four weeks. The sale was R24 000 to that store but that where it ends. Quite unbelievable

I am sorry, there is no after sales service here, nothing at all.
