What happened to MTN. MTN service never used to be so shockingly bad. Went to a store today to upgrade, the app says due for upgrade, dial 135 and says due for upgrade, go to the store and guess what they say, not due for upgrade. Are your systems not connected to each other. It never used to be so difficult with MTN but now your service is shockingly so bad.
