Shocking
I posted on Hello Peter a couple of days ago with regards to my sim swop that was not done and that is been almost 2 weeks. Further to that, I had requested to have my debit order date changed more then 5 times, it was never done! So I requested to change my payment to EFT, this was supposedly done, until I received a sms to remind me of my debit order, never mind that I already made payment on the 26 March, after my hello Peter post a few days ago, management assured me it had been changed... Guess what ??? I was debited on the 1 st !!! How do you fail to get the same request wrong so many times ??? Luckily I was able to reverse it to prevent my debit orders from returning !!! I am so disappointed and have no faith in this company anymore. I can't wait to cancel my contracts and move .... Failed at service 1..2...3..4...5 and I'm sure it's just going to carry on .... Never mind my sim swop still hasn't been done
