SHOCKING
I upgraded about 2 weeks and part of the upgrade was promo data of 40GB which has still not been received on both the numbers I upgraded...I call the call centre they say I need to query with the MTN branch the MTN branch says call the call centre...which is it!!!!!!!.......I logged an incident that was closed but not resolved Incident ***......Every time I upgrade I have issues....
