Shocking
<p>MTN Smartserve Building Centuary City the service is beyond shocking try waiting 1 week and go into the store 6 times with all the required documentation and nothing and I mean nothing gets done. Try and call someone in management to help not a chance !!!!!!! no one even bothers to help what has happened to customer service ???? try calling on ********** 000 there I stayed on the line for over 30 minutes without anyone helping I eventually put the phone done out of pure frustration. If my 3 other cell contracts were not so new I would change tomorrow........ they now only have me as a client because I have a contract !!!!!!! Today was just the end my son waited 45 minutes they new that there was still an issue but they let him sit there without even an apology. MTN catch a wake up your service is an utter disgrace. They not even worth a 1 star rating.</p>
