SHOCKING

MTN is shocking, I have been trying to do an upgrade on my data number, they very quick to call for upgrade but after service is non existent, I have been with mtn for over 20 years, been divorced, married and during all this time they were using my previous married name now its an issue I have sent my new id and marriage certificate and keep getting asked for the documents, gee when I was already married after my divorce you upgrade my contract gave a new phone without a problem now only I want is to migrate my data line and omw this cant be done and you to pathetic to phone
