I went into MTN Vincent park, East London on the 16th March 2015 and I was assisted by Samantha. I needed assistance with my newly upgraded phone which was a blackberry 9720. I had received it the previous day and returned to the store yesterday to ask for help as I didn't understand how to adjust the brightness of my screen as it was too dark and there was also a flashing green light. Samantha got extremely rude and irritable with me and actually upset me so much that I left the store shaking. I have never been treated in that way before. I have been a customer at MTN for at least 15 years and I am terribly hurt and shocked at the manner in which I was treated as I really do not feel I was asking too much. My daughter went into MTN for me today to ask the lady her name(as she does not wear a name badge), and she asked in a harsh and irritated tone as to WHY she wanted to know her name. My daughter also noticed how badly she treated the african gentlemen in front of her. I feel as a customer that everyone deserves to be treated with dignity and respect no matter what race you are or where you are from.
