****ty service from leading telephone service provider real ****** boycot MTN

i just want to tell all of you what ****** mtn are so i payed for insurance on my phone for two years of witch they now tell me today when i nearly need to upgrade i have no insurance yet i have been paying it on my bill an amount of 55 rand every month for nearly 2 years now just to hear no insurance on my phone what utter ******* is this if you call them they are rude and tell you its your problem not theirs so dear hello peter please help me get a refund on my insurance i have been paying or lets boycot these ****** with their ****ty service and bad manners they also have extremely rude call center agents
