Four weeks ago i went to Mtn to report that my daughter's phone was giving her some trouble,i filled in forms and they told me over the next four working days couriers will collect it. Its been a month not one courier came to collect. The first time my daughter got rob in Jhb CBD i claimed and waited over 3 months for a new phone all that data i was paying for that she lost in that 3 months she didnt recieve it back. Second time i went in because her phones battery was swollen and shattered the back of ger phone completely they told me i had to replace the battery myself i had to raise my voice in the branch in order for them to assist me. Now this however my daughter dont want the same phone anymore because it keeps giving her problems i dont want them to collect it. They told me that i can claim a new phone as long as its the same price as when i bought the phone. im sick and tired their customer service is putrid or should i say ****ty. Not once did i pay them late and im still supporting them after her contract expired 2 years ago.
