****ty experience from MTN
I took out a 36 month contract as per my telephonic conversation with Jack Letsoalo from MTN Direct but it looks like it was made a 24 month contract. This has put a heavy constraint on my finances since I was debited for what I did not approve. The service I have been provided by MTN this time around has been a nightmare. The time I spent on trying to rectify mistake after mistake cannot be given back.
