****ty customer service at MTN

MTN contracts is so bladdy ****ty, i have had a contract with them for 18 months now and they stopped deducting money from my account for 2 months, i contacted them to debit and they still did not, and now they suddenly claim that i did not call, so they send my account to lawyers with no form of communication.
