WORSE CALL CENTRE EVER

like this is the very reason I cancelled my contract, I am waiting a whole 30 days for a refund of R600.00, like what bull is this, staff members have attitudes the size of this country, last person I spoke to , reference ********** 01 nokuthula who couldn't give a damn if I logged a complaint regarding my refund, like why do I need to go on hello peter for a refund, seriously this is just pathetic, stop with the excuses and nonsense and refund my money asap.

Train your consultants on customer service you guys are the worse ever.

OMG WHAT NONSENSE IS THIS 15 DAYS LATER AND MY REFUND STILL NOT PAID OUT LET ME RATHER TAKE THIS **** TO THE OMBUD YOU GUYS ARE FULL OF **** I REALLY CANT DEAL WITH THIS ANYMORE.
