**** service once again from MTN

I am waiting for some one to assist me with the porting of my vodacom sim card to MTN, as i recently found out that my account has been activated, and I did not activate it as I was in the process of porting the sim card, now I have to go an purchase a new one and some how transfer the contract from one number to the next, but no body is helping me and everyone i contact passes me on to someone else?

The service I have received is absolutely ridiculous, when taking the contract out i specifically stated i want to port my vodacom number, and that I wanted a 1 gig booster on top of the basis made for me S i took out, but that was not done correctly and no store can help because it was done online.

I received two sim cards, with seprate numbers, which were activated without my consent, as my vodacom number had not been ported.

go in store and nobody can help me. I refuse to pay for a contract I am not using and have tried now 3 times to cancel
