**** SERVICE
We were due for an upgrade on the 25-07-15 & decided to upgrade to a laptop but the cheapest one which is 500MB only no airtime they told us that it will be less than R350 & we have another contract phone which is also R300+ so the amount payable for both will be about R800 or less but to my surprise since August the nightmare started whereby MTN send **** statements that we have to pay more than R1300 I queried it at MTN Wesgate they just said we must change the limit to 0 ,however that 0 limit never worked cause I tried it trice I send numerous emails which they said the same thing \set limit"**** in December the lady said that it's an open contract which I told her to correct it but there we go again R1400 is due we are very upset as it's messing up our budget I don't use that data that they send so WHY MUST I PAY SO MUCH I OPT FOR 500MB DATA NOT MORE & besides that I received an email stating they logged a call that was 29-12-15 from Lethu Duba& Monique Rygard also rep****( Kindly be advised to cap your account by simply dailling*141*5# and set a standard limit) it didn't help duhh"
