I was debited an amout of R909 by mtn and i dont have any contract with them or any connection with them. when i asked Thembelihle why my account was debited she told me i activated a sim card with them, but they cant provide me with the details of who i spoke to and they cant even send me the rwcording of that conversation. Instead they want me to go an do an affidavit to say i didnt sign up for that service

22 Mar 2018, 13:49I'm still not satisfied with the way MTN is handling this matter, now I get calls non stop from the MDB agents telling me that I owe an MTN account, yet I was advised the Sim card has been suspended, what the **** is this?
i sent all the necessary documents to Alice and guess what, she never bothered herself to respond to my email to date and now I have been handed over to the lawyers, oh wow this is so great.
The lady from MDB confirmed some address I don't even know and according to their records that's where I reside and she's got the nerve to tell me that they wont stop calling me until I pay the account, for the last time i don't have a ****en account with MTN, this is ***** and I want it sorted out and i want my name cleared.
I don't know what the problem is because I've sent the requested documents.
