I called in Sunday night around 20h00 in the evening to do a swip swap to the LTE sim. I was assisted by a black lady cant remember her name. She ask me all the question that they need to ask and said to me that the sim swap will be active within 24 hours. Monday night round 20h30 I receive an sms saying my sim swap has been called. I then called the call centre Wednesday morning at 08h00 in the morning to find out why has the sim swap been cancelled. A gentleman by the name of Nashren Singh help me assuring me that the swap will be active within 24hrs as he mark it as urgent. This morning I could not get network on the old sim put in my new sim to see if the swap has taken place. Nothing I then put my old sim back and now I'm furious with MTN not keeping up to their word.<br> <br> I will have to change my network due to agents and a service provider that's ****
