Shining Shenaaz

<p>I have had quite a few unpleasant encounters with MTN that have left such a bitter taste in my mouth. I could really not say anything good about them.</p> <p> </p> <p>I can no longer sing the same tune. I have witnessed the epitome of service delivery in one lady named Shenaaz Greeff, who is situated in my employer's building.</p> <p> </p> <p>She is sharp, effective, honest, always helpful, and so on top of her game. The information that she provides is never different from what really happens when you get your bills.</p> <p> </p> <p>It is so refreshing to see not only a friendly smile, but the competence to back it.</p> <p> </p> <p>To not sing her praises would be an injustice.</p> <p> </p> <p>I hope MTN realises the asset they have in her.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
