Sharing personal information which caused a mess!

They shared my account information with Velociti. Velociti then called me as if they are MTNSP and promised new cheaper agreements that would come into effect after I have signed the agreements that would have been couriered to me. Then suddenly the changes were made without my approval and the effect were that my lines were suspend -- I apparently exceeded my credit limit (WOW!). On enquiry it became apparent that Velocity was involved through this ******* sharing of information. I faxed Velocity to reverse all their actions, which now will take days, but when the synthetic credit limit came into effect, it took them just a few hours to suspend all my lines! It really seems like a good time to find a new Service Provider that will adhere to ECT and PoPi by not sharing customer information and that answers their helpdesk, not like the help-less-desk of MTNSP that drooped my calls now twelve times in the last half an hour!
