Shapiro Shark and Mtn

I layed a complaint with Mtn regarding a paid up letter and I was told that Shapiro is suppose to send me the paid up later.

Shapiro called and and they advised that they sent an email to MTN which they didn't even care to follow up on my query for the paid up letter. It seems like I'm the fool here. I paid my debt as required now I've been given a run around and they are messing up my credit score.

MTN and Shapiro I'm giving you 5days to fix this mess before I take further steps
