Shameless
I have been a long standing MTM customer. And I have always been happy. But they are failing me. I have two data contracts, I always had one, this was enough, then about two years ago, I get a phone call, a rushed phone call. The lady made me understand my data contract has come to an end. I need to renew it. So I was like cool, let's do it. But she was selling me a new data contract. I asked questions got very little response. So I had words with them, the problem wasn't resolved. I Gave up and decided fine, I will pay it. And use the data. Now my life is a little rough, I have started to work for myself and money is always consistent. Both my data contracts are now out of the two year agreement. Now I am struggling to pay them, so of course they are on my case. And that's fine. But now instead of automatically canceling the contracts, they are forcing me to back pay, that's fine. But they have cut my service. So now I have to back pay for a service that I am not even getting?. How does that work? I am happy to pay up, but for what? Data that I'm not getting?. And yes, there is prob a clause in the contract somewhere. Taking my money, shameless.
