Shameful customer service

I’ve never experienced such ********** customer service in my entire life. Just to get an issue to be resolved by MTN is literally like trying to move a mountain. I’m convinced that this company careless about their customers.

The consultants gave me a million reasons why wifi is not working and the reasons change as per agent but the one that stood out has to be Yolanda Singonya from the coverage department. this individual has zero customer service, wasted my time only to tell me that the wifi has no address on their system that’s why it isn’t working! And it’s my fault that she sent me an OTP which i never received but I was able to receive a sms from them saying that my query has been resolved.

MTN is this the type of service that we are supposed to be subjected to? What a disgrace.
