For a telecommunication business its crazy how the network is always down when you contact the call center and how you have to recall at least 5 times if you want service.

One of MTN clever agents issued me a contract for data under the wrong number and I have been paying for this data of which has been no benefit to me.

Now I am expected to pay a cancelation fee for their **** up ?
