Shame on you MTNfor *****ing airtime

Why is it that mtn is allowed to ***** airtime, I loaded R60 mtn airtime from absa app, never received the airtime, lodged a complaint absa, absa rep**** that mtn will not honor transaction as I supposedly received the airtime yet I haven't made any calls
