Shame on you MTN

MTN is just the worse ever I'm glad I left them years ago... But their ***********s still came back an haunted me.. Apparently when I took out my contract they created 2 account for me on the same number. After 24 months of unhappiness I eventually canceled the contractor and migrated to prepaid but now I am told I am handed over to their legal department, I've been calling their call center with no joy.. No one can see why I was handed over, another consultant says I was handed over but owe 0.00 balance I am very confused an need answers... Their escalations never gets back to you its just a mess of a place... I'm practically handed over for their own mess and no one can give me clarity on this
